Dr. Lloyd was born in Phila Pa. where he graduated from John Bartram High School. He join the military and served as a radar mechanic and HQ Platton sgt before leaving in 1990. As an entrepreneur he has owned and operated serveral businesses. He is a licensed and ordained minister that holds two ministry degrees: a masters in comparative religion and a Phd in philosophy of divinity. As a published author he has written 2 books. The fist book titled "special needs" depicts the challenges and trials that came along with raising his special needs son who was born at 23 weeks weighing only 1 pound. Dr. Lloyd served as Pastor of Christ's Church before being called to a higher place of servitude outside of the local congregation. He is an Executive Life Coach who has conducted presentations and training for associates, and those in leadership management positions at various organizations: Making it Count, Home Depot, and The Boys and Girls clubs of america just to name a few.
